<div>At times early signs of an illness that help in diagnosis can get missed, as it happens with sleep apnea. Though common, this disabling sleep disorder remains undiagnosed for a long time because most of the sleep apnea symptoms show up during sleep.</p>
<p>So what does one do under such circumstances? It is usually the bed partner who helps out. In fact, the first signs are usually apparent to this individual who notices the repeated choking and gasping during sleep, loud and persistent snoring, restlessness in bed, frequent waking and so on.</p>
<p>Luckily, the signs do not remain in hiding for too long. The patient soon gets to experience certain effects of the disorder by way of rapid and irrational weight gain, excessive daytime sleepiness, dry mouth and sore throat in the morning, frequent urination at night, irritability, depression, morning headaches, etc.</p>
<p>Diagnosis could be wrong</p>

<p>If the cause of onset is deviated septum then deviated septum surgery is compulsory. Surgery is also the best option for treating severe sleep apnea. For rectifying and reposition septal deviation, septoplasty and somnoplasty are the two most preferred surgical options.</p>
<p>Summary</p>
<p>Tracking sleep apnea symptoms is undoubtedly one of the toughest tasks. But if one knows what they are and why they happen, chances are that one can notice them early. This is the only way early diagnosis and speedy recovery is possible from this totally disabling sleep disorder.</p>

Surfing is more than just a sport to those who practice it, it is a way of life. To get the most out of the sport though you do have to develop some surfing skills.</p>
<p>Surfing requires a lot of upper body strength and you can do some exercises out of the water in order to build up your paddling power in the waves. A lot of surfers are turning to yoga in order to help them build their strength for surfing as well as helping them to improve their balance too. Doing some simple weights for your upper body will also help you to paddle faster and more powerfully in order to catch waves better.</p>
<p>It is also very important that a surfer gets to understand how to get the surf before they even set foot in the water. Most surfers will take a few minutes to observe the surf before they go in. One of the most dangerous features on the beach is known as a rip. It is one of the leading causes of drownings for swimmers, but it is also a useful tool for surfers to use to get out the back of the waves.</p>
<p>You can spot a rip by looking for an area of water where the waves are not breaking and a darker color of water due to being deeper there. Sometimes depending on the weather, the water is sandy as well. Swimmers should try and stay away from rips as they are a leading cause of rescues on beaches.</p>
<p>There are some essential surfing skills that you should work on developing in order to become a better surfer. In order to get yourself into a position to be able to catch any waves you will have to be able to get your surfboard behind where the waves are breaking. To do this you need to use the Eskimo roll manoeuvre or duck diving. Eskimo rolls are where you roll your board on top of you as the wave approaches to break on top of you. Duck diving is a more advanced skill and it involves pushing hard down on the front of your board and dipping under the approaching wave.</p>
<p>Other skills that you will need to develop are paddling to catch a wave and getting the stand up movement and balance happening. You should practice going from your stomach to surfing position as much as possible to get the movement fluid.</p>
<p>Once you have developed some surfing skills, you will find surfing both a relaxing and exciting hobby to take up.</p>
