A great time to exercise that can really help induce a good sleep is to exercise about five hours before you want to fall asleep.

Second, you have to get to bed earlier. This is something everybody needs to do since most people only get on average about five hours of sleep. This lack of sleep continues to build and compounds until you can actually sleep deprived. Just going to bed one hour earlier can really help you sleep better. Then your energy levels will be stronger, you will be a lot happier and more willing to workout. Plus since exercise can help you sleep better, everything ends up working in favor for you.

Third, you can make a better bedding environment to sleep in. If you get really hot at night then having the right sheet can drastically improve your sleep quality. Something like bamboo sheets or silk can work great. What you really want to change out is your comforter which can really ruin your sleep. Consider getting a silk comforter that can help you breath better and handle body temperature much better as well.

Once you start sleeping better, you will notice how much easier it is to lose weight and get in shape, they are really closely connected.
